Refund policy

REPLACEMENT
We understand products may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer replacement of the product/s at no additional cost. To request the same, contact our customer service within 03 days of the product being delivered. Replacements will follow manufacturer's warranty policies. Product, after verification, will be replaced with a different piece of the same model.
Please note: not all products are eligible for replacement; which is clearly stated under every product description. Item/s purchased must be accompanied by the purchase receipt/bill/invoice received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products purchased from Encee Enterprises are not eligible for returns but may qualify for replacement according to the stated replacement policy above. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
