1. Return & Refund Policy

Replacement:
We understand products may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer replacement of the product/s at no additional cost. To request the same, contact our customer service within 03 days of the product being delivered. Replacements will follow manufacturer's warranty policies. Product, after verification, will be replaced with a different piece of the same model.
Please note: not all products are eligible for replacement; which is clearly stated under every product description. Item/s purchased must be accompanied by the purchase receipt/bill/invoice received.

Returns, Refunds:
Products purchased from Encee Enterprises are not eligible for returns but may qualify for replacement according to the stated replacement policy above. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Terms of Service

Warranty and Servicing:
All warranties, repairs for products purchased directly from Encee Enterprises will be handled by the respective brand or manufacturer. For warranty claims or repairs, kindly reach out to the brand's authorized service center or follow the provided instructions. Ensure to keep your purchase receipt/bill/invoice and warranty card handy at the time of servicing. Respective service centers/customer contacts of brands have been mentioned under every product.

Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is our priority. For questions or queries about our Terms and Conditions or other policies, please feel free to contact our customer service team by clicking here. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and satisfactorily. Customer care timings: Monday to Saturday - 11 AM to 8 PM.

3. Shipping Policy

Payment & Shipping Policy:
Please be advised that Encee Enterprises does not offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) for any order. All transactions are conducted exclusively through pre-paid methods, including UPI transfers, Net banking, and multiple online wallets. Your orders will be eligible for free delivery only if the order value is above ₹649 and the delivery location is within Bengaluru Urban. We are Bengaluru Exclusive and are embracing India's UPI. Your order may take upto 3 Days to reach after day of placing order. We will contact you from our secure source of communication via mail/whaatsapp for any other information that needs to reach you.
